Who we serve

We are a business-to-business supplier of wooden and bamboo food-service disposables. Our products and prices are offered to businesses such as manufacturers, distributors, caterers and food brands, not to individual consumers.

Information on this website

Product descriptions, sizes, photographs and dispatch details on this site are a general guide. Natural materials vary in colour and grain, and specifications can change with supply. The site does not show prices and nothing on it is an offer to sell. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not promise that every detail is complete or current at all times.

Quotations and orders

A quotation is valid only for the products, quantities and period stated on it. An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing, by email, WhatsApp or a formal order confirmation. Prices, taxes, payment terms, packing, freight and delivery for each order are those written on our quotation, order confirmation or tax invoice, and those documents take priority over this page. Goods are dispatched through the transporter named on the invoice, and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Quality concerns

Please check goods on arrival and tell us about any shortage, damage or quality problem as soon as possible, with photographs and the invoice number. We will review each case fairly and agree a resolution with you, such as replacement, credit or return.

WhatsApp and phone communication

Our sales team talks with customers on WhatsApp Business numbers owned by the company. One-to-one conversations on these numbers may be recorded in our customer records system, as explained in our privacy policy. Every message you receive from a Safal number is written by a person; our records system does not send messages. Please do not send personal information that is not needed for your enquiry or order. If you no longer want to hear from us on WhatsApp, tell the sales person or write to the email below.

Intellectual property

The Safal name, logo, text and photographs on this site belong to Safal Biopulse Private Limited or are used with permission. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy, reuse or present our content or images as your own without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site or our contact channels to send spam, harmful code, false information, or anything unlawful, and do not try to access systems that are not meant for the public.

Limits of our responsibility

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Our responsibility for any order is limited to what is set out in the quotation, order confirmation and invoice for that order, and nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps or IndiaMART, take you to sites we do not control. Their own terms and policies apply there.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be settled by discussion will be subject to the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
